Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Self check-in with a lockbox means you can arrive on your own schedule — we’ll send the code the morning of your stay.
Tip-Sea comfortably sleeps eight across two bedrooms — a king master and a dedicated bunk room — plus two full bathrooms. The full kitchen, living area, and sunny deck give everyone room to spread out.
Yes — there’s free private driveway parking for up to three vehicles right at the cottage. There’s no street parking in the neighborhood, so please keep the whole group in the driveway.
We love four-legged guests! Well-behaved dogs are welcome with a $200 pet fee. Just let us know when you book so we can have everything ready.
