Yes — there’s a 3-night minimum on every stay. In peak summer season, stays run Saturday to Saturday. The calendar shows exactly what’s available for your dates.
You’ll pay one night’s rate as a deposit when you book, and the balance is due 7 days before arrival. Taxes are added at checkout.
Cancel more than 14 days before arrival and you’ll receive a full refund, less the deposit, which is non-refundable.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Self check-in with a lockbox means you can arrive on your own schedule — we’ll send the code the morning of arrival.
A few days before arrival you’ll get simple directions, the lockbox code, and everything you need to settle in. No meet-ups, no front desk.

Tip-Sea comfortably sleeps eight across two bedrooms — a king master and a dedicated bunk room — plus two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, living area, and sunny deck.
Just a short stroll — about two minutes on foot. You’ll have toes in the sand before your coffee gets cold.
Yes — free private driveway parking for up to three vehicles. There’s no street parking in the neighborhood.
A fully stocked kitchen: full-size fridge, stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and the basics to cook in or pack a beach lunch.
We love four-legged guests! Well-behaved dogs are welcome with a $200 pet fee — just add them when you book so we can have everything ready.
Tip-Sea is set up for relaxed family and friend getaways, so we don’t allow large gatherings or events. Just let us know your group size when you book.
All of our homes are non-smoking indoors. You’re welcome to step out to the deck or yard, and we just ask that you keep things tidy for the next guests.
