Years ago we found a tired little beach house with great bones and a whole lot of potential. We spent a couple of summers fixing it up — pine ceilings, sage-green walls, beachy touches in every corner — and fell completely for the slow mornings and salt-air evenings.
When friends kept asking to borrow it, we realized we’d built something worth sharing. Tip-Sea Rentals is our way of passing that feeling on — one well-kept, genuinely loved home at a time.
