When you fill in our contact form we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number (optional), preferred dates, number of guests, and your message. We use this only to answer you and, if you go ahead, to arrange your stay.
When you book, you are handed off to Lodgify, our booking platform. The details you enter there — your name, contact details, stay dates, guest count and payment information — are collected by Lodgify on our behalf. Card payments are processed by Lodgify’s payment system; we never see or store your full card number.
Like most websites, ours records standard technical information: your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and when. This sits in the server and security logs kept by our hosting provider and our content-delivery/security provider.
We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any marketing tracking on this site.
We keep cookies to the minimum needed to run the site:
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the necessary ones may stop the booking search from working.
We use what we collect to answer enquiries and send availability and quotes; to take, confirm and manage your reservation; to send booking confirmations, arrival instructions and other messages about your stay; to keep the site secure and working properly; and to meet our tax and legal obligations.
If you are in the UK or EU, our legal bases are performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interest in running the rental, your consent where we ask for it, and compliance with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
We share information only with the providers that help us run the business, and only so they can do that job:

Contact-form enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Booking and payment records are kept for the length of your stay plus seven years, so we can meet tax and accounting rules. Server and security logs are typically held for 30 to 90 days by our hosting and CDN providers.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to receive a copy of it, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent you have given.
If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know what we collect, to have it deleted or corrected, and not to be treated differently for exercising those rights. As above, we do not sell or share personal information as the CCPA defines those terms.

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Guests under 18 must be included on a booking made by a responsible adult.
The whole site is served over HTTPS, and bookings and payments run on Lodgify’s PCI-compliant platform. No method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
Our providers are based in the United States. If you contact us or book from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
This site links out to third parties, including Lodgify’s checkout and Google Maps. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies too.
If we change this policy we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
